The space

Spanning 350 square meters, this modern home offers ample space and a plethora of amenities to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.

Bedrooms:
• Five spacious bedrooms, each furnished with queen-size beds (160×200 cm). Additional double or single sofa beds are available in all bedrooms to accommodate extra guests.

Bathrooms:
• Three full bathrooms, each equipped with a toilet, sink, and hands-free shower.

Kitchens and Dining:
• Two fully equipped kitchens featuring refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, toasters, filter coffee makers, and espresso machines. Each kitchen is complemented by an adjacent dining area, providing ample space for meal preparation and dining.

Living Areas:
• Two expansive, modern interior living rooms. The main living room boasts a swing couch and a smart flat LED screen TV with Netflix access, offering a cozy space for relaxation and entertainment.

Outdoor Space:
• A private terrace and roof deck featuring a heated jacuzzi/hot tub, which can be used throughout the year. The terrace is furnished with dining tables, chairs, and a swing couch, providing a perfect setting for outdoor relaxation.

Additional Amenities:
• Internet: Complimentary 50 Mbps Wi-Fi, ideal for both leisure and work purposes.
• Climate Control: Air conditioning units are installed in every room to ensure a comfortable indoor environment.
• Laundry Facilities: A washer and dryer are available for guest use, along with an iron and ironing board.
• Security: The house is equipped with high-security doors and windows. For enhanced safety, there is an option to use exterior cameras at entrance points and an alarm system, available at an additional cost.

Situated in a safe and peaceful suburb called Paleo Faliro, the mansion is conveniently located between Athens City Center and the Athens Riviera.
• Proximity to Key Areas:
• Approximately a 10-minute walk from the Acropolis and the Old City Center (Plaka).
• About a 20-minute journey to the beach.

Important Notes:
• Bed Preparation: For every two guests, we prepare one double bed. If you require a different arrangement, please inform us before your arrival; additional fees may apply.
• Hot Tub Usage: The hot tub is not preheated prior to arrival. On colder days, it may take approximately 4 hours to reach the desired temperature. If you would like the hot tub prepared in advance, please inform us ahead of time; an additional fee may apply.
• Family-Friendly Amenities: For guests traveling with infants, we can provide a baby cot, baby bath, high chair, stroller, and other essentials upon request. Please notify us in advance to arrange these items; some may incur an extra charge.
• Additional Services: While breakfast and daily cleaning services are not included, we can arrange these upon request for an additional fee, payable directly to the service providers.
• Property Layout: The mansion spans two floors plus the rooftop terrace. Please note that there is no elevator; access between floors is via stairs.

Guest access

Rest assured, the entire apartment, including the balcony and the jacuzzi/hot tub, is exclusively for your private use during your stay. You will have complete and sole access to all these amenities, ensuring a comfortable and private experience.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation regarding our accommodation policies. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay, please note the following:

Bed Arrangements:
• For every two guests, we prepare one double bed. If you require a different arrangement, such as additional beds, please inform us before your arrival.
• Please be aware that there may be an additional fee for extra beds or alternative arrangements. We will inform you of any such fees in advance.

Hot Tub Usage:
• The hot tub is not preheated prior to your arrival. On colder days, it may take approximately 3-4 hours to heat the water.
• The hot tub will be thoroughly cleaned, filled with fresh tap water, and covered upon your arrival. If you would like us to preheat it for you, please let us know in advance. There may be an extra cost for this service, which we will communicate to you beforehand.
• When securing the hot tub cover, ensure all clips are locked in place to prevent it from being dislodged by strong winds.

Additional Services:
• As our apartment operates as a private residence and not a hotel, we do not provide breakfast or daily cleaning services. If you desire these services, we can arrange them for you at an additional cost, payable directly to the service providers.
• For families traveling with infants, we can provide amenities such as a baby cot, baby bath, high chair, stroller, and other necessities. Please request these items in advance, as some may need to be rented. We will inform you of any associated charges ahead of time.
• If you require portable Wi-Fi to stay connected during your travels, we can supply a pocket Wi-Fi router for an extra fee. Please inquire in advance, and we will provide you with the necessary details.
