A modern 133 sq.m. apartment in the Acropolis area—just a 2-minute walk from the Acropolis Metro Station and the Acropolis/Parthenon. It comfortably accommodates 13+ guests.

The apartment features:
• 4 bedrooms (each with a queen-size bed, 160×200 cm)
• A spacious open-plan lounge with a king-size sofa bed
• 1 large fully equipped kitchen and a second smaller kitchen
• 2 full bathrooms with showers

• Air conditioning in all rooms

• 43’’ LED TV with Netflix
• Double-glazed windows for a quiet stay

The apartment is brand new and located on the 1st floor with lift access. The private balcony/patio is unique and amazing—perfect for relaxing day or night.

Guests have access to entire apartment which includes your own pvt patio/balcony and all the amenities it offers.

Other things to note

Please note that for every two guests, we will prepare one double bed. If you need or prefer a different arrangement, please let us know in advance (before your arrival) so we can accommodate your request accordingly.

Important: There may be an additional fee for alternative bed arrangements. Please ask us, and we will provide all the necessary details in advance.

• Our apartment is NOT a hotel and cannot be compared to one.
• Breakfast and daily cleaning services are not provided.
• If you require breakfast, cleaning, or housekeeping services, we can arrange them for you at an additional cost. (Please note that you will pay the coffee shop/laundry service directly, not us.)

Baby Equipment Available

For your little one, we can provide a baby cot, baby bath, high chair, stroller, and more. However, please request these in advance. Some items are stored for hygiene and ergonomic reasons, and in some cases, we may need to rent them. We will inform you about any additional charges beforehand.

Portable WiFi Router

If needed, we can provide a pocket-sized portable WiFi router, so you’ll have internet access wherever you go. This service comes at an additional charge—please ask us in advance, and we’ll inform you of the cost immediately.
