The space

Experience the charm of Athens by staying in our newly renovated and stylishly decorated 90- square-meter apartment, completed in January 2025. Located in the heart of the historic Plaka neighborhood, this apartment offers the perfect blend of modern amenities and traditional ambiance.

Apartment Features:
• Bedrooms: Three well-appointed bedrooms: two with queen-size beds and one with a single bed and a single sofa bed.
• Living Room: A cozy area equipped with modern furnishings and a smart TV with Netflix access.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary cookware and utensils.
• Bathroom: A contemporary bathroom featuring a washing machine, bathtub, and shower.
• Private Terrace: A spacious rooftop terrace on the third floor, exclusive to guests, furnished with ample seating and tables.
• Jacuzzi: An outdoor hot tub on the terrace, available upon request for an additional fee.

• High-speed Wi-Fi.
• Fresh linens, towels, and toiletries provided.
• Washing machine and vacuum cleaner available for guest use.

Nestled in Plaka, known as “the Neighborhood of the Gods,” you’ll be immersed in the rich history of Athens. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from Syntagma Square and the Greek Parliament. Major archaeological sites, including the Acropolis, Parthenon, Ancient Agora, and Monastiraki, are within easy walking distance.

Additional Services:
• Transportation: Airport and port transfers can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
• Housekeeping: Daily cleaning services and breakfast can be organized at an extra cost, payable directly to the service providers.
• Baby Equipment: For families traveling with infants, we can provide a baby cot, bath, high chair, and stroller upon prior request. Some items may incur an additional charge.

Important Notes:
• Bed Arrangement: For every two guests, we prepare one double bed. If you require a different arrangement, please inform us in advance; additional fees may apply.
• Jacuzzi Use: The hot tub is prepared upon request and involves an extra charge. Please notify us ahead of time if you wish to use it.
• Access: The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible via stairs; there is no elevator. The private rooftop terrace is on the third floor.

The whole apartment (1st floor) and the jacuzzi which is in the terrace (3rd floor) will be for you and only for you !

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation regarding our accommodation policies. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay, please note the following:

Bed Arrangements:
• For every two guests, we prepare one double bed. If you require a different arrangement, such as additional beds, please inform us before your arrival.
• Please be aware that there may be an additional fee for extra beds or alternative arrangements. We will inform you of any such fees in advance.

Hot Tub Usage:
• The hot tub is not preheated prior to your arrival. On colder days, it may take approximately 3-4 hours to heat the water.
• The hot tub will be thoroughly cleaned, filled with fresh tap water, and covered upon your arrival. If you would like us to preheat it for you, please let us know in advance. There may be an extra cost for this service, which we will communicate to you beforehand.
• When securing the hot tub cover, ensure all clips are locked in place to prevent it from being dislodged by strong winds.

Additional Services:
• As our apartment operates as a private residence and not a hotel, we do not provide breakfast or daily cleaning services. If you desire these services, we can arrange them for you at an additional cost, payable directly to the service providers.
• For families traveling with infants, we can provide amenities such as a baby cot, baby bath, high chair, stroller, and other necessities. Please request these items in advance, as some may need to be rented. We will inform you of any associated charges ahead of time.
• If you require portable Wi-Fi to stay connected during your travels, we can supply a pocket Wi-Fi router for an extra fee. Please inquire in advance, and we will provide you with the necessary details.
