Centrally located in the heart of Athens old town and in the same time, in the city center of modern Athens. It’s a great 84sq. 3 bedroom full apartment bedrooms . It is fully furnished, modernly decorated and fully stocked. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven , top oven, microwave, fridge, , kettle, Cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, espresso coffee maker, toaster and filter coffee maker. There is also a Flat screen Smart TV with Netflix access in the living room . a vacuum cleaner and a washing machine is also at your disposal . Bed linen, towels, toiletries and all electrical appliances are provided. In addition, the apartment is fully air-conditioned (2 bedrooms plus living room has a/c and the smaller bedroom has a fan) and has great speed WiFi.

• Bed Arrangements:
For every two guests, we will prepare one double bed. If you require a different arrangement, please inform us in advance (before your arrival) so we can confirm it with you. Please note that an additional cost may apply. For safety and ergonomic reasons, extra beds are not stored inside the apartment but in our warehouse.
• Self Check-in Option:
We now offer the option for self check-in. If you prefer to arrive without our presence, we can leave the keys in a secure location near the entrance and provide you with detailed instructions and photos for easy access. If you have any questions or would like to meet us in person, we’d be happy to stop by the next morning.
• Portable WiFi Router (Optional Service):
If you need WiFi on the go, we can provide a pocket-sized portable WiFi router for an additional charge. Please let us know in advance, and we will inform you of the cost.
• Important Notes:
Our apartment is not a hotel, so it cannot be compared to one.
• Breakfast and daily housekeeping services are not included.
• If you require breakfast, cleaning, or housekeeping, we can arrange it for you at an additional cost. Please note that payments will be made directly to the service providers (coffee shop/laundry company), not to us.
