Ideally located in front of Olympus Zeus Temple-Olympieion and National Gardens, only 2min walking away (or less) from the Acropolis Museum and metro station, and the entrance of Acropolis/Parthenon and a great away from all the archaeological sites.
We have a unique Spectacular balcony view ... you can “touch” the Olympus Zeus Temple, see the Lycabettus Hill and Panathinaiko Stadium (1896) where the Flame of Olympic Games begins, and see even the sea and the beginning of South Coast.... you will be able to admire the whole Athenian Horizon not only from the balcony but also while sitting in the living room and while being in the bed :) !!!!

Last but not least, Airport/port pick-up can be arranged and we accommodate 24hour check-in at no extra cost.

Also, In the bedroom, there is a big double bed, side tables, a big window that allows you to admire the view.m, huge closets all around that makes your stay even easier, and also we are able to add an extra single bed (or baby cot) if you want it.
The living room includes to be specific 2 rooms. In the entrance there is a double couch bed with table and a closet, and the main living room space (in front of the balcony) has a comfortable sofa bed, a coffee table, a swing chair, several others chairs and also a big flat tv screen. We have the ability to add even there an extra single bed in case you want it.
The bathroom is big, with bath tub and shower, closet and mirror. Bath towels, hairdryer, bed linen, toiletries provided, and there is clothes Washing machine.
Separated fully fitted and fully equipped
kitchen with all the cooking facilities (kettle, filter coffee maker, nespresso nespresso coffee maker, toast maker, oven and microwave). There is Iron and ironing board, Flat screen Smart 32” LED TV with Netflix,and also great high speed WiFi.

Our neighborhood is totally safe, called Plaka which meant in the past, neighborhood of Gods. Come and discover why :)
Busses, Underground, Taxis, Parking facilities, and tourist offices are just a breath away!!! Less than 100 meters!!

In order to be accurate, please be informed that for every 2 Persons, we will prepare one double bed. In case you need/want something different, please let us know in advance (before your arrival) in order to act accordingly. Also please note that is possible to be an additional fee for them. Please ask us, and we will inform you everything is advance!!! Thanks a lot.

Our apartment has nothing to be jealous of a 5 star hotel!! Number of services on request (including breakfast with 5 or 6 euro per person and cleaning and housekeeping services with a small charge per person).
If you are interested in, i can arrange for you tailor made day trips in and around Athens.
From/To Airport transport or any other transport is available upon demand at an additional but very reasonable cost.
Just for clarification, the extra single bed(s) is added only in case of 5th/6th person or after request.

For your baby treasure, we can provide you baby cot, baby bath, baby food chair, and whatever else you may want such as baby stroller, but please ask about it in advance, because for hygiene/ergonomic reasons we have them in our warehouse and we will have to rent them and inform you for the charge in advance if it exists.
